Terms of Use for Coaching Calls

By booking a coaching call with Quest Schooling LLC, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Overview:
• Coaching calls are designed to provide personalized guidance and support in the areas of homeschooling, teaching strategies, and educational practices. Each session will be tailored to your specific needs as discussed during the booking process.
2. Booking and Payment:
• All coaching calls must be booked and paid for in advance through our online scheduling and payment system. The payment is required to confirm your session. Coaching is via Zoom.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
• You may reschedule your coaching call with at least 24 hours' notice by contacting us directly at shari@questsschooling.com. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated.
• If you are unable to attend your scheduled session and do not provide notice at least 24 hours in advance, the session will be considered forfeited.
4. No Refunds:
• All payments for coaching calls are non-refundable. Once a session is booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance or rescheduling requests.
5. Confidentiality:
• We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions. Your personal information and any details discussed during the sessions will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
6. Disclaimer:
• The coaching provided is for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive to offer the best advice and support, results may vary depending on individual circumstances. Quest Schooling LLC is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of the information provided during coaching sessions.
